Rosemary and Brown Sugar Apple Meatloaf
Ingredients:
3.lbs Ground Beef
2 Medium Yellow Onions
1 Fuji or Braeburn Apple
1 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
2 Large Eggs
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Honney BBQ sauce
3 tsp. Dried Rosemary

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and core apple, then chop into bite size chunks, and set aside until mixing.

Next peel garlic and mince up into tiny pierce.

Cut onion's into tiny pieces and if you have a food processor mince them up.

Add all ingredients into a bowl except Honey BBQ sauce and mix by hand until thoroughly mixed. *note only 1/4 of the ketchup goes into the meatloaf and the rest will be made into a glaze.

Place mixed ingredients in a glass pan and form into a loaf shape, leaving about 1 inch on ends for grease draining.

Making the glaze: take the remaining 3/4 cup of Ketchup, half a cup Honey BBQ sauce and 2 tsp. of brown sugar and mix well, set in fridge until meatloaf is almost done cooking.

Place pan into oven and bake for 40 to 50 minutes depending on your oven. When it is close to done, remove from oven and drain excess grease into bowl to be disposed off, take glaze and rub with baster brush all over meat loaf. put back in oven for about 5 to 8 minutes for glaze to set nicely. Remove from oven and carefully put onto plate, and serve with whatever you like to go with it.

I hope you enjoy this as much as my wife and I did.
