so as almost everyone on here knows, i have been training pretty hard the last few months, well i had to make a big decision this past week about my training for the time being. seeing as i have been having the nose bleed issues, i had to take some time off and relax. i have some old body ache issues that i figured taking a week off would help and boy did my body feel good about it. i stopped taking all my supplemants this week cuz they tend to make my blood pressure high and i have a drs apt this next week to hope and figure out the bloody noses, well only problem with stopping the supplemants? it kinda makes me hungry again so i been kinda cheating on my diet and eating alot more, so last night i decided even after eating a double whopper, fries, and a big bowl of cereal i weighed myself, i looked down and saw it said i was still under 205 lbs which i was amazed because i ate like a horse this week. ok well back to training hopefully next week after the dr and then maybe a fight in a few months. going to take some videos of me training again when i can if anyone wants to see them let me know. |
