Hello fellow Nudles!

I've had a profile here for a long time but never had time to get involved. I just wanted to offer everyone access to my 32 years of IT service and support knowledge across all OS platforms, hardware and software solutions, etc. I hold multiple certifications in networking and network security.

I have already posted this. I will appreciate your knowledge and your help.
Beginning two days ago my PC with Windows 10 on it has been infected with scareware. angry

Scareware is when you keep getting pop up messages that tell you that you have been infected with dangerous viruses and that to delete them you should push a button in the pop up to scan and delete the viruses. scared

The truth is that you have not been infected yet, but you will be if you push the button. ohmy

Has anyone else been infected with scareware? How did you deal with the problem? confused
