what's for breakfast?

i did a search for topics about breakfast. i found one that
moondog began, but it was pertaining to weekend breakfasts
only. so here i sit at the computer with today's breakfast,
starting a new thread.
half a yellow onion, two small baked russet potatoes, all
choppy and jumpin around in the pan. then a handful of chopped
spinach went in there for a couple minutes before i stirred
in three whipped eggs.
meanwhile, i made rye bread toast. hippie margarine and
raspberry jam on that.
i sliced up a greenhouse tomato that was on its last legs,
and put that on top of the eggs, together with some medium
hot salsa.
and coffee to boot.

Kelloggs Product 19 cereal, about a cup of Quaker Oatmeal mixed in, several blackberries and some milk. If still hungry after that, some peanut butter crackers and a can of Diet Coke! BURRRRP!! Breakfast of champions! And I usually eat it while watching the live Daily Mass on the Eternal Word Television Network!
