Disclaimer when posting photos

Out of curiousity, we Googled our screen name and found all the photos we've posted here on NN are showing up there.
The disclaimer doesn't mention anything about posting them on the internet, so we're wondering if there's anyway to avoid this.

Can't tell if it's NN doing this or some third party copying them and putting them up there..

Any help would be appreciated.
