thumbnails/pics not downloading

Some of the thumbnails aren't downloading for me. And then sometimes when I click an image to view, I just get a white square, the image doesn't load. Anyone else seeing this?

I have been having the same problem today. Also I couldn't get into chat earlier. I got a red box stating "Chat service not available". But that's working for me now.

The pics have gotten better, but still about 5-10% of them not loading correctly. I will PM NN.
