Verification, which one do I need?

Hello, I am confused about the different verifications here. On the one hand there exists an ID verification and on the other hand there is a verification available by pictures. What do I really need to post pictures and what is the difference/benefit by the both methods?

to post pics you need to ID verify,,, I can tell you more if you want to do that. NN verify is by pics using your username and NN on for example a sign,,its a means of showing youre genuine but not required in any way
