surface tablet pics on xbox and other places with the same account

So I have a surface tablet that I use to browse the site and take pics for it. my problem and question is this: I have only 3 pics because when I take a pic with the tablet, it automatically uploads to my xbox account as well. for obvious reasons this is not what I want it to do, and why I have not taken any more pics. Can anyone tell me how to keep pics from uploading to the cloud and xbox from surface tablet?
