Riding in NSW
I live is a slightly rural place in NSW and the roads around here are great, so much better living here than in Sydney, hardly any traffic and great countryside

I agree, Sydney's a nice place to visit... But I couldn't live that close.
Just rode around Wallacia and Mulgoa for the hell of it, just because I can.

(Sweet pics of the missus BTW Nik).

Hey walt, I am waiting to become a citizen but can't become one yet. And yes, cotter road/tibdinbilla road is a awesome road but it is broken up in parts due to all the trucks working on the cotter dam, can't wait for it to be finished. I love taking the VTR down there and also the road between Batemans Bay and Braidwood

Kings Highway run. I rode to Goulburn, Braidwood the Batemans and back up the coast a couple of weeks back.

Brilliant days ride.

Let us know when the road is fixed around Cotter, I want to revisit that run on a ride down into the snowies.

A great mans ride
Heading out of the Hawkesbury in NSW is The Putty Road. Lots of riders have bit the dust on this road. If the Putty road doesn't put hair on your chest nothing will LOL

The greatest ride in Sydney is from Berowra on the old Pacific Highway,(don't take the new Pacific Motorway the M1). There's a great shop with ample seating along the way called Pie In The Sky, if you don't find a dozen or so bikes there on any weekend its raining. Follow the Pacific highway to Calga, that whole run is amazing both ways.
Watch your speed the cops make a killing on this road.

Another great ride is from Windsor down to Wisemans Ferry over the ferry and out through Spencer along the river and up to Central Mangrove through Peats Ridge then Glenworth Valley to Calga back along the old Pacific Highway to Berowra then down to the Berowra Waters ferry and back to Windsor, 2 ferry rides in one trip, my Mrs loves that ride lol.

Like Molly Meldrum says "do yourself a favour" and ride these roads, Google will help you out with the route but if you get stuck and need to pick my brains Im okay if you PM us in here, I'll help out with directions and info anyway I can.

Stay safe and keep the shinny side up. Steve.

Hi Pete,
The Putty road is a fast road and the Grey Gum Café has good food and they make a great hamburger.
Watch for wild life along the way and if you travel it on dusk watch for Roo's, they come from nowhere!

Cheers, Steve.
