Question for the ladies, my wife has a bit of a difficult time having an orgasm due to her inverted cervix. I can get her to orgasm if in the right position or with one of her toys. I know its not me as my cock has a rather large mushroom head. Also because of this she has a tendency to tear if not enough lube is used...ladies any thoughts? Thank you

Inverted cervix preventing orgasm?
It isn't even necessary to have a cervix to have an orgasm, women can still orgasm after having a hysterectomy.
Now if she had an inverted clitoris, that could be a problem.
