I've hit a small bump in the road. Worked out 4 of the 6 times this past week. Skipped two of the cardio workouts. It didn't fit into the schedule very well, and I was slacking.

Weight loss is still at a stand still. Not sure if this is still a "muscle weight gain v. fat weight loss", or if I need to cut my calories back a little more.

Oddly, it could be from under-eating. Make sure you're not putting yourself into starvation mode - you'll only gain weight that way.

googlexxx is right.If your metabolism slows from under eating you carbs will not burn and turn to ft cells.Stick with what purr says n you might not lose weight quik but the inches will drop in the unwanted areas and might even increase in others.
