For the first time in months, I will be going to the gym tonight. I enjoy going as I do genuinely feel better after it, but have never been sporty. When I was poorly over the last few months, this was the first thing I dropped due to my crappy energy levels!
Am hoping to get nice and fit by June, as my big yearly work event runs then and I will need all my strength and stamina to make it through the week. I need a lot of energy to boss people around

I will probably be aching like Hell tomorrow but I need to start exercising properly again.
