Chesty McBoob's blog post - Hot hot hot

Just came back from visiting my mum in the country. It's hot here - well for me it is anyway. Am not that good in hot weather - I don't burn in the sun but can't be doing with getting sweaty outdoors or getting a tan which makes me look like a leather handbag lol. I would have been good in Victorian times I think - pale and covered up by day, pale and debauching by night!

Nice to see the sun shining though I must admit - always fun to observe the number of pink and white people sitting outside pubs drinking way too much beer! They will pay for it later I'm sure

Am still not smoking and haven't missed the act of lighting up etc. as yet, as have been at home in a non-stressful situation. Back to work tomorrow for the first time since my lurgy. Work is always a trigger unfortunately but I've got to try and get through it.

I am a little irritable today and am putting that down to withdrawal + heat I am hoping I can stick to not smoking despite my general annoyance with the world!
