I am upping my game and being a lot more active than I've been for a while. I am trying to exercise every day now and it's working. Am taking it easy, looking at how much I do over a week, not every day... and that seems to be maintaining momentum!
I have a big birthday early next year and want to make sure that I am fitter than I've been for quite some time!
Spent a great day catching up with family and now the McBoobs are going to chill out together and veg on the sofa! Hope you all have nice evenings too x
