Alright....today has been the shittiest day! First of all...I couldnt' sleep last night for crap!! Not a WINK! SOooo I decided to work on JP's Christmas present. I took several photos of myself...(not nudes) one of which being my profile photo. ANYWAY...So I upload these to a local Store to have them printed out so taht I can finish his present... around noon today i go to pick up the photos...and gues what...NOT THere... Not because they didn't upload. They won't give them to me with out a Release. Because they are "Professional" WTF???? Now this would be ok, if it were true! BUt I TOOK THEM...NO ONE ELSE!! Needless to say I threw a little fit. wel not really little. For those of you who don't think I can be mean...let me give you this ladies phone number....She'll tell ya different. Sooo Shit on JP's personal present. This soooo fucking sucks and Im infuriated!!! Fuck the Holidays...Im getting drunk

sounds like you need to call the law...seriously.
as with the upload file that they will have on those photos, it will be quite clear as to who sent them... in being you. so if they have the record then they have no right to keep them. thus you can allow the law to ask to see the proof from them claiming otherwise.

ughhh... don't know what to say? other than don't let the jerks get you down??? but i know from experience that it sucks when idiots have a bit of control...

Man, bummer for sure. Did you go to Walgreen's by any chance? They did the same thing to me! Like no one can take good pictures except professionals! And they didn't even call to let me know!!! Shitheads...
