So Im home now. finally!! it seems like its been a never ending day. I didn't realize that real estate is suppose to be 12 hours a day 7 days aweek sometimes
whhheeewww...talk about people being annoying!! lol....

So today, I was on a River front proerty, pretty large house, however, it was very much outdated for the area. and People act like Its MY fault that it needs to be remodeled. There is nothing WRONG with the place, its just old fashioned, decor and walls and such. Stupid shit that would take someone just a LITTLE more time and money. A little paint goes a LONG way!! IMO anyway!!

Sooo.......All in all, I think I had a pretty successful weekend. Two listing appts. next week, and an apt to show some buyers around after they get pre approved on Tuesday! YAY go me!!!

Above that, I'm feeling better. Much better actually. So...maybe it was a mixture of the "dad" issue, and that I felt i wasn't doing an adequate job. O well, Things will be ok....

I hope that all is well with everyone else in the world!!!

it is exhausting but so rewarding to do what you do. Oh, on that outdated house.. they can either paint the place or have to settle for a lot less than they want for it.
