Dream_Angel's blog post - my boss is an ass....

Sooo I went back to work at a place that I worked at a while ago. its a Bridal boutique. I love it!! However, I went back to work in the tux shop...as part time. well, the so called MGR of the tux shop, quit three days ago, so of course, that leaves me to cover it and take over as manager. NOW, I have no problem with this b/c as said before we are about to move into a much bigger house so the bills will be more etc. HOWEVER....Taking on more responsibility generally means an increase in pay correct??? WELLLLLL She told me no. That i would see an increase in pay because i would now be making all the commission. WTF??? and let me tell you the commission is not that great!! SOOOOOO I had an interview on Tuesday going back to work in the medical field, I'm currently waiting on them to call me back with an offer....

NOW....If they offer me what I think I should get an hour....Plus the benefits that they offer everyone... I'm just a lil confused on how to tell her to take the tux shop and shove it up her ass....????

I just dont' think its fair for me to work full time for what she paysall her "part time, summer" help.

Granted the job is NOT hard, and its pretty fun....BUT....I think I'm worth more than I'm making. and I really just don't appreciate the fact that she didn't even consder it! you know????
