Fortyhboobs's blog post - To all my fellow Yanks - Happy 4th of July!

Hope everyone has a great day. Fourth of July's dinner has always meant barbecued ribs at our house. We prefer St. Louis-style pork ribs, D puts a rub on them (2 T. salt, 2 T. garlic powder, 1 T. black pepper, 1 T. paprika), bakes them for about half an hour, then finishes them up on the grill with some KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce. Yum!

Have fun and stay safe. Happy Birthday, America!!!

I,m going to try that, it sounds good. I like to slow cook them while brushing a mixture of white wine, Bud Light, and about fifteen minutes before they are done, I brush on a mixture of Baby Rays, honey, Spicy mustard and garlic.
and a little or a lot tobasco sause depending on how much fire you like.
