how do you stop being a pesimist?? at least being a pesimist about something in particular?

I just cant stop having negative thoughts about future plans and things that I want to do.....its not typical of me. I usually always try to find the positive side of every situation...

Would it be that Im getting older??? hahaha I dunno

Ive missed you guys and Ive missed writing on my blog every once in a while.....

It sure feels better when I know old friend are reading!
