LadyGodiva's blog post - the drought begins

Damn, just when I'm getting my thrills, school is out and my daughter comes home from college. Now I can't play at home with my squirt master. I don't know if I can bear it.

He tried to come over yesterday, but again I had a migraine. After I woke up from my medicated sleep, I felt badly that he shifted his work schedule to come play with me and I wasn't able to do a thing.

I called him this morning to apologize. Didn't ask if he could come over today, that would be pushing it. He knew it was my last day alone in the house. I putzed around the house, cleaning up the bedrooms. I was going to pick daughter up later in the day, but I was getting bored. I texted my friend and asked if there was any chance he'd be coming over today. He said hell yeah he was!
