For whatever reason I decided to go cruise around on Facebook tonight.
I stumbled across some fantastic pictures of what used to be my world, my life, my light, my love. Crazy thing is that I've been fine without her for a few years now. I have hoped, prayed and tried my hardest to be over her.
Saw pictures of her high school graduation a few years back, she looks radiant. Thats the beautiful girl that I remember. After failures on her part; followed by even more failures on my part; a couple of bad breakups; and some time elapsed, here I sit years later… single, and occasionally a tad lonely. But making it.
She's married. Painting her masterpiece picture of the perfect life, I'm not in it.
