i just got off the phone again with the VA (veterans administration) about a claim i put in for PTSD. i am feeling pretty good right now, but want to be sure the claim is there for the future if i start having problems again. well the fuckers have been screwing around with the claim for almost 1 1/2 years now. they keep saying that they are looking for certain records, meanwhile i have provided them with EVERYTHING! its funny cause the PTSD caused me to have some anxiety/stress type issues and everytime i have to talk to them i get stressed and anxious.........LMFAO!!!! ffs i can understand "going postal" now (sorry to all the postal workers out there...i kid, i kid.........). i was told i couldn't actually talk to the person processing my claim as it would slow them down from processing claims..........WTF!!!!!!! mine isn't being processed anyway ffs...........pmsl. it appears that the messages being passed along by the people i do get to talk to are not concise enough.....aaaaaarrrrrrgggghhhhhhh!!!!!! if i could get ahold of them, i think i could get my point accross

i find the only way to get a proper reply is by writing and sending by 'signed for on delivery', here they have to reply within so many days to keep to their 'charters' - even if it is a 'not processed yet' letter you have proof of a chain of events.... I hope you find a way through xxx

They always manage to fuck ppl over somehow, just terrible that's it the ppl risking their lives to give us the "freedom" that we have here at home. I'm sorry it's not worked out for you yet, I hope they get their shit straight in the near future. All too many soldiers are suffering from PTSD and they don't seem to give a hoot about them. It took me years before I got anything from the VA....If you are rated 30% or above go to VA and stay 31 days and you get bumped up to 100%
Keep doing it and they'll gave in.
