Back in August me and the wife decide to change the way we to be healther and lose some weight. At first we talked about what diets would fit our life style. After reading a couple of books on different diets. My wife suggested we make a lifestyle change not just do a diet that ends after a few months.
So the middle of August we became a pescetarian. What is a pescetarian you ask well let me tell you. We only eat fish, vegies, fruits, nuts, and eggs. Everything else we stay away from. I'm very happy with this lifestyle change not just for the few pounds I have dropped but the extra energy we have. We have been doing it now for 3 months.
