Bi-ology?

Is one's sexual development, orientation and behaviour later in life genetically determined?

I believe it's much more likely to be mostly the consequence of cultural, especially religious and moralic backgrounds which put all kinds of restrictions upon it! These leave as a remainder after having cut off the forbidden parts that what we call our normal sexual orientation.

Why do I think so? Because in my early childhood memories there was nothing to it snuggling and cuddling with friends until we were TOLD that boys don't do that, later still I remember getting naked with the guys just for showing and seeing, we KNEW already that touching was FORBIDDEN! Still later we even wanked together secretly ONLY with girls on our minds of course! Does that ring a bell?
