Ah sweet Friday, why do we hang so much importance on this day, I'll be working most of the weekend anyway but still like the feeling when I wake up and think great it's friday. Perhaps it's a collective thing because everyone else seems a bit happier.

Ok so England update:

Wayne is not Jesus after all. Yes folks after all the fuss it seems he (or more precisely) his foot is only human and heals within the same time frame as the rest of us mortals. England B planned a meaningless friendly last night, I didn't watch so can't possibly comment and I would rather give you guys (all 5) the nitty gritty.
On a footballing note and I think this will only be understood by Gio (as I know he takes a passing interest) we have a soccer aid programme on TV at the moment. Various celebrates and old professionals are training together for a big match on saturday to raise money for UNICEF, a fucking great charity. I watched Zola play the other night and the old magic is still there. Made me go all gooey inside. As opposed to some of the woman here who make me all gooey on my hand and belly. Ha Ha.
