lol for those that follow what I'm up to (which I'm sure is not many) .. but those that do, know that I've been dieting and attempting to drop some pounds, goodness gracious I know I need too! I can do fairly good with eating good healthy foods, and then again I still have crazy food cravings and sometimes not sure how to mange them! BAH! -_- drives me crazy, I do work out, either inside or helping with bringing in wood for the stove, or being active outside when it's not 8* out lol... it's the food craving that drives me insane!... wish I had some better ideas to help me with them... any of you going through to same have any ideas?
