So, I used one of these body fat measuring scales today, and apparently my body fat percentage is 23.8.

And 24 is considered overweight, for someone of my age and size.

What the fuck. As long as I can see my feet when I look straight down, I am not fat. Full stop. Stupid scales.

Are you sure you had it set to female settings rather than male? also was it bfi or bmi? Because there is no way you're overweight.
