Spent the day at the beach today. Out in Westport. Decided to make it a family thing and to go get some seafood. So we dropped the nets in the water and went to relax.....Got 3 dungeness crab and 3 red rock's.......Good eats.... The weather was perfect! So it was so nice out there.......
Tomorrow after work tomorrow I am off to the chiropractor to see what the results of the MRI and such that I had to have done last friday. It is not looking real good........we will see tho and see where he says to go from here. As of now I know that I have two rotated hips( thank god I only have two huh?) a compressed vertebra, and severe arthritis in my hips and back......so he says that in the near future I will have to start shots in the hips and back and neck to try to deal with the arthritis... So here is where life goes to hell..... so I am hopefull for tomorrow to see what it brings... Off to relax......everyone play nice and naughty....... Until we chat again.... The Innocentone
