Truelyinnocentone's blog post - Geez where has the time gone..

I really do get on here and read the blogs, I just dont seem to have the time to update mine all the time.......Made some salsa today and got it canned up......with all the tomatoes we have off the plants it is to good use.....didnt have anything else in the garden this year, and the poor plants i have now are on a watch as the dog in the ally wont stay out of the yard and they were all to hell yesterday.....Cory says that he will tend to that soon...... gonna go huntin he is....
The dog is getting fat sassy and a bit bitchy...well not to her momma but to the others she is....
havent had anything of excitement here, got a damn cold from the kids and now i have to take those nasty ass cough drops that seem to do no good...........
well today was a rough day for me,,, the stress level was up there and whtn that happens, i used to reach for a nice cold pepsi..which i had quit drinkin for a variety of reasons, but the main was that it bothered my tummy and was just bad in general for me in the amounts that i was drinking...gaws i sound like a pepsiholic! truth be told i was...so today as i was in line i hear that old familiar sound of a fountain soda thought what the hell i had enough and i wanted one.........well first off it had been 34 days since i had had one and so you can imagine the sugar rush it was...didnt really taste as well as i remember it being...only 3 sips and rumble went the tummy....DOWN THE DRAIN IT WENT!!!!
so even though I feel as though i "fell" off the wagon.....I jumped right back on that damn thing! Not worth it and I could feel myself turning into that crabby person i was when i would run out of pepsi...not what i wanted....so it was off to the kitchen to get a nice big jug of ice water and out so sit in the chair on the carport....Cory cooked up a wonderful BBQ dinner burgers and hotdogs...i made some baked beans up and some corn on the cob.....made a pig of myself with the corn on the cob....but hey it is all good for you right? we had invited Shaughn and Pauline over but he said she is under the weather so they had to pass this one...maybe the next time.....
