Just a quick note to you all to let you know what all is going on with us. Cory had started school this last June. He was into the 3rd week of the Fall quarter and his knee was giving out and he was having several times where he has been close to falling. The doctor had put him on Oxycotin but it is a med that is not covered on our insurance, so it was switched to a very high dose Percocet. Since all that happend, he has had to take a medical leave from school.Since all this has happened, they have FINALLY approved him for knee replacement surgery. He will go in on the 15th of December and have it done. Money is stretched beyond anything it has been in a long time, so we will not be doing any traveling until after the first of the year. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers and especially on the 15th. It is very much appreciated. I will be home with him from the 15th thru the 20th. By then he should be up and around a bit more. The girls will be home on Holiday break from school, so they will be with him for a few days while I am at work. I will keep you all posted as it happens and let you know the outcomes of it all.
Nothing else really new here with us, the winter weather is on its way and it is damn cold. Guess i better snuggle with Cory while i can....
