I'm great at leaving my work at work, and enjoying every minute of my free time. I'm a logical person who likes to have thoughtful conversations, so I'm no Juan Pablo... "it's ok" I stay very active, love to be outside, and on the water. I'm very attracted to the women of NN, I may have to sneak away somewhere with someone special.

Change welfare into an incentive based program. Give people a much smaller amount of money, but incentives to earn more money like: provide receipts showing how the money is being spent to provide for their family, volunteering at local schools, parks, government buildings, fire and police stations. I'm not saying that we shouldn't provide for those who can't find work or have disabilities, and I think they should still be able to earn the same (if not more) money than they already are. We need more volunteers to help clean up the world we live in.
