Okay, I think I've made a major mistake
regarding clarity in my previous blog entry...
So, just to make it clear:

During Sleep Paralysis, you are technically already awake.
The issue is that the brain and the body aren't communicating right, which leads to hallucinations. So struggling to get out of it won't hurt you... It's almost guaranteed to be a little frustrating, though.

I always have sleep paralysis during a particular recurring nightmare. It's frightening but not dangerous to wake yourself up.
Although it's believed that many nightmares are a way of relieving psychological stresses and that we should just ride with them.
I guess I'm a coward.

I didn't add this before, but... I usually have some sort of 'wash over' from a dream... I think that's why when I'm in this state it seems more vivid to me.
