XX-Access's blog post - Kissing

Kissing is a curious thing to me. While I have had the
regular share of innocent childhood family affection
kisses (long term, isn't it ?), I have not had the chance
to engage in the romantic version of the activity. And so,
I wonder.
It is such a strange thing, isn't it ? Pressing lips against
one another, parting them, moving, tongues, saliva...
taken out of context, it seems downright repulsive.
Definitely unsanitary. What is it that compels people
do engage in such a bizarre act ?

Of course I am aware of the biology. The pheromones.
The ritualism. The tribe culture and evolutionary drive.
But aren't we, as humans, also conscious, self-aware
beings ? How can our minds tune out what is actually
going on ?

Maybe it has to do with conditioning. In modern
society, we are born into a world of flickering lights
and endless supplies of ever-new stories that are all
the same old things at the core. Kissing is glorified,
romanticized, and overused as an everlasting symbol
of affection. Is it this that compels us ? Is it true that
some isolated tribes of the human kind are not doing
it at all ?

And why would they ? It is silly. It is pointless.
It even spreads diseases.

And yet, and yet, and yet... I find myself wishing
that I had the chance. Just once. And then again
and again and again.

our first instinct as humans is to use our mouths to feel...to taste...to attempt to communicate...so, forget society, forget what songs and the movies say and show. forget all that.
now, visualize yourself with someone you are attracted to immensly--someone you love. someone you want to be so close to. you want to touch their inviting mouth. you want to feel them with your lips...your tongue. you want to taste them...you want to be inside them and mix with them. you want them inside YOU.
it's a very primal thing. it's intoxicating....and it's a prelude to MORE penetration...MORE mixing of body fluids.
It fucking rocks!
and if i were in the same room with you, i'd kiss you....and you would never be the same. i promise. ;)

It's the 'danger' of it... both physically in today's world (and even in ancient times) and emotionally... giving your soul away...

Kissing is my favourite thing in the whole world. Without the kissing I'd rather not have the sex. It has to be loving. Kissing make you feel really close and sexy. Hope you get lots of them very soon. xxxxxxx

OMG...I love kissing, and I'm a big germaphobe! I'll take my chances! ;P

Actually, you are less likely to catch something via kissing than by rubbing your eye with a hand that has been contaminated by a virus for example! Same goes for nasal contact, and breathing in airborne particles of a virus that have been sneezed on you for example!

Kissing has always been a sure-fire way of getting me hard! And it doesn't seem as weird as some of the other things that I want to do!! :)
