And the reason for that is that after TWELVE years when the rubber on the soles starting disintegrating they gave me a brand new pair! Who else stands behind their product like that?? Amazing customer service. And I told them that. And blabbed it all over town too. :)

Smart decision, Rox. They'll be worth their weight in gold. FYI, I wear mine all year around, so I've never felt the need to buy one of their lined winter pairs. Mine are treated and are good to go no matter what the weather. Enjoy! :)
