in my neighbourhood there are more police stations than i think anywhere else in austria. so seeing police cars is pretty much my average out-of-the-window-view.
today i was stopped by one of the plainclothes cars just when i pulled out. so i pulled over, cut the engine and then a thought enters my mind. shit... i have no driving licence or insurance paper or whatever with me. all i have is my atm-card and my key. so i smile my friendliest smile when they leave their car, hands on gun.
you never guess what happens then. they look at me, look at each other and give me a sign to drive on. by then my smile was not even xxxxxx any more.
so i guess they were looking for someone special who was driving a car similar to mine, but i was still lucky as hell they thought that looking for whoever was more important than an average licence and whatever else control... cause then, i would have been screwed... and not in a good way
