One of my favorites is the 1952 Norman McLaren film "Neighbours" a.k.a. "Voisins," (for those in PQ). I always loved the Kinks Hatred. So someone with a mind as deranged as mine paired the two. For those of you who are not children of the cold war, the short may not have the same meaning. But hope you enjoy all the same.

As with everything else on youtube lately, this may all of a sudden show up as unavailable while playing.

What does it mean? Is this in response to the turmoil in status recently?
