Is it me or is a yard sale false advertising? I mean really, have you ever been to a yard sale where you could buy the yard. Usually the person has some awful looking bar stools, maybe some power tools and bunches of ugly clothes. But when you offer to buy the land they get freaky. Same thing with Garage Sales. I have seen some damn nice garages but no one will sell the garage to me. Again a bunch of stuff I would have no use for, yea they will sell that to me. C'est La Vie. LOL
