I was wondering if anyone male or female has the same thing going on with them as I do. My weight fluctuates extremely. I can drop 30 lbs. in less than a month without dieting, but on the other hand I can gain 50 lbs. in less than a month ON A DIET!! its so weird! I do exercise in the form of walking a mile and a half daily. I do 30 to 40 minutes of stretching exercises daily as well. Just curious if anyone can relate to this.
