See I am ALWAYS thinking.Each of those blue balls is a thought I have or a plan I am putting into action. My brain never stops. Even my girlfriends will tell you they are amazed by me and the things I come up with. Heheh this also explain why men are never stressed - they only have 2 balls and they take up all his thoughts!
