Woooooot Its a bright, bright sunshiny day and beachy is heading to the Beaches (an area in Toronto) for a date. I still look like Caspers whiter cousin but hopefully that will change soon. I need to spend lots of time outside this summer tanning so I don't burn in Vegas.

Side note-- anyone have a sure fire way to lose weight? Not some fad. I need it to stay off so I am not looking to lose 15 pounds in 2 days or something stupid. I am eating healthier (ok this part still needs some work) and starting monday I will walk/jog each morning for 45 mins or so. Plus I am trying to up the water intake as much as possible without drowning or embarassing myself tongue I am aiming for 20/30 lbs in 4 months so I dont even know if thats possible.

Hi Dreamz, my roomie lost a lot of lbs by eating 6-8 times a day vs the 2-3. It gets the metabolism going and off come the lbs. Good luck!

I lost 40 lbs, first I stopped drinking, then I walked 3 mi a day on tread mill ( take weekends off to heal and start like 1 mi a day or what's comfortable ) then after doing this for a month start light weight lifting for tone, high reps low weight. That how I started

Walk faster - everywhere & everytime. Take long strides as fast as you can without making yourself conspicuous. Cut out elevators - walk upstairs.
