Its funny when you think you finally have something figured out fate/God/Karma/whatever laughs in your face and says "I don't fucking think so".
Ive had a few shitty things happen lately but nothing major that wasn't ok by the next morning. I've also had some great things going on so I am happy.
I have made a decision..a few blogs ago I asked about how was it ok to sleep with someone on the first date if I wanted to. I have decided thats not who I want to be. I actually have a jerk I met to thank for setting me on the right track. I am not saying sometime, something couldn't happen but I am going to try and avoid that. I think in the age of the internet/text messaging its easy to think there is more to your "relationship" than there is.

On a side note something is happening to me as we speak that will change my life. Its mind blowing I waited this long for this...I will blog about it soon but I want to make sure its 100% first.

You're right about misperceptions of online relationships. Of course, it's easy to misinterpret things in person, too. Nice blog, by the way.

This internet thing is totally perplexing, mysterious, and I have no idea what is going on at any given time. Sort of like a cell phone conversation with a bad conection. Still, it's sorta fun, when it doesn't give me a headach. The first date thing-- always good for the guy, not as often for the girl- but they do sometimes work out. Maybe a little more carefull before the first date? (that is NOT intended as advice in any way, nor a lecture) actually just pretend I never said it. Wanna go out? ;) LOL
