because this is my vent..

so I am getting quite frustrated with dailup. for after five years on the net now I feel that it has got me by the...

because even after five years of non stop commitance and payments to my ISP I am left with the feeling of being just the average person on the street...

and it continues to leave me in a sense of being just a passenger riding in the backseat of a passing car...

orrr like being the proverbial ship stuck in the bottle...

orrrr the flag pole of distress jutting from the snow...

while I sit here and wait and wait for all the page and image loads to appear. and as I wait and wait for the fun to begin I find myself falling asleep and becoming the dailup brunt of humor like this guy...

and this unlucky poor dailup person...

aaaand also there is the ever unrelenting taunting as...

lol soo yep I can take a joke like the other guy but from my dailup?? come on people???
but seriously folks I am not laughing, because it has now come to the point that every time I turn on my putor I am feeling like I have just been plastered to the wall and made to watch the paint dry...

sooo I know yearn for the good 'ol days, of getting what I want when I want it now!!

and not just to be put on hold while I hope and dream of finding the ultimate outhouse with all the trimmings...

just to be fooled again and left with no place to go...

and also just to be told over and over again as with the ever present message that the page "cannot be found" or "the page has now timed out", yet actually what they are really sayin is...

you're dailup!!!
thus leaving me the feeling once again as if I'm lost on the dailup loser road to nowhere...

with the usual sign posted just outside my browser window saying...

sooo I guess by now that y'all know what I am tryin to say right??
that d.a.i.l.u.p.-s.u.x!!! big time!!! grrrrr

but I know that deep down inside of me...and somewhere in the back of my brain that someday...or maybe oneday...I will be able to afford the luxury of enjoying highspeed internet, and so when that day comes, I shall...and I will...come out of this repulsive dailup nightmare of mine feeling like a new and victorious man...
