So okay here is the dilemma

Saturday 27th September – the greatest day on the sporting calendar
2008 AFL Grand Final featuring Hawthorn and geelong *pffft*
Yes finally after 17 years of patience they have returned to their best and I have been eagerly awaiting this day since the start of the season

But………………………………………………………………

Also on this day Saturday 27th September, is a wedding…….a wedding that asks that you bring a plate of food along to share, nestled on the banks of the river amongst the koalas and birds……and flies…..

Not that this is my doing. I voiced my opinion a while back when first hearing about this “wedding”. I did succumb, reluctantly, but hey im sure it cant be that bad hey.
Well only this week it dawned on me that this wedding is this weekend and this weekend is Grand Final day and my beloved Hawks are playing and im not missing this for anything oh no.
Hmmm

So here is the dilemma.
Im apparently going to this wedding like it or not but im not going to this wedding like it or not

So which will it be

Off to do some serious begging and pleading…..it may cost me but it will be worth it.

OMG someone send me a massage

there are muscles here that i didnt even know i had that are screaming out for mercy.
Aside from that the snow was the best they have had for the last ten years. Pity i couldnt see it. Yep the clouds rolled in and visibility went down to a few metres. At one stage coming down off the summit you had to guess where to go because all you could see is white.
But apart from that it was awesome

Off to soak these weary muscles then its back to the reality of work *sigh*

have been watching the olympics avidly.

Must say im dissappointed that all the swimming finals are on in the morning with the heats at night.

We all know who to blame for that.

Although i must admit im pretty impressed with that machine of a man Michael Phelps.
I say good on him and i think it would be sensational to see him win the 8. And whats more there is no arrogance about him whatso ever.

Brings me to thinking about creating an Olympic moment of my own.
Maybe a photo with an olympic theme perhaps hmmmmm
Will just have to see.
