Down to earth guy next door. Love the outdoors, cooking. Looking for a fun adventure. At my age YOU come first I love going down and making you rock. A bit of humor to break it down :-) Once I check out the workout equipment. I check with management for special requests and care and treatment. A general walk-around to familiarize my self with the task ahead including wanted and expected results. I like to take time to fiddle with all the buttons. I don’t need to stop and ask directions in the middle of the workout. I start with a quick and thorough bubble up wash. Play close attention to all moving parts. Make sure everything is well maintained and ready to go. Start out slow with stretching and getting to know power zones. Follow what feels right. No need to overdo. Dive in and get it done.
