stayed at the farm last night and woke up at 2 to the strangest noise. I listened to it for a while and fell back asleep. I woke up about an hour later and it was even louder.
After much thought I determined it was a noise not often heard in January in northern Wisconsin. It was massive amounts of snow melting off the roof! I looked at the thermometer and it was 38 degrees! At 4 am!
This has me worried. I have to get a roof rake and get the snow off the machine shed roof. If we get any rain it would soak the snow up there and endanger all my friends boats stored inside. People up here are very fond of their boats. It would ruin several friendships.

Happy sunday

Did I hear boat storage. And I agree we boat owners have a thing for our boats.
