I went out and hired a new real estate agent. This is the one i should of went with in the first place. She says my house is perfectly priced and she showed me the comps to prove it. Do you think St. Joe would work if buried in the snow?

It gives me a warm fuzy feeling to think of those two kids basking in the P.Rican sun. I hope they are having a great time. (and haven't killed each other)

I got invited to my first orgy. Since it starts with a lovely dinner, I'm going. The host doesn't know me well. He did ask me to bring my camera. Perhaps he knows me better that I thought! I met he and hid boyfriend while visiting the sea caves a few weeks ago. He said he invited someone special, just for me.
