Snow on rhubarb

Is rhubarb only a midwest thing? I can't wait for the first pie of the season. Warm out of the oven with a blob of vanilla speck ice cream.

As often as I beg for rhubarb pie? Um, no.

And I could use some snow. I'm still feeling deficient and it was in the mid 70's today. :(

yumm rhubarb, I still have some in the freezer from last year. I think I will make a pie today.
