In answering Dawnt's blog the other day I confessed I had never eaten lamb.

Confession time....I've never eaten.....pheasant.

That changes tomorrow! My friend Dave just called and said they got their limit. Sat. Evening we all eat pheasant.
I'll save you a chunk.

yummo! I have never eaten pheasant either. I tried lamb when i was in Istanbul and decided I could wait til i was REALLY hungry to try it again. let us know how it is.

i had pheasant soup once that was beautiful,,but lamb love it put a few sprigs of rosemary on your lamb before cooking it is delicous...

mmmmmmm enjoy! I haven't had pheasant in years! Word of warning...shotgun pellets have been known to chip teeth!...chew carefully! :P~
