To travel for the holidays with the family. It is a wonderfull time to stop and give thanks for all the gifts I've been given.
For starters...I am incredibly wealthy. I can pay all my bills every month and put a little in my 401k. I'm very lucky on that front.
I'm healthy...I've got a few extra pounds. But my blood presure is low and, hey, I'm trying!
I'm wise. I know what I know....and I know what I don't.
Mostly...I'm thankful for this.
It might sound crazy but I'm thankful to live near the most beautiful lake in the world. I rest by it. Drink from it. I am made calm by it's breaking waves. I will fight for this lake.
I hope you all have a place in nature that moves you to this extent. Be thankful!
