depotguy's blog post - misdirected

Well thanks for the big cosmic seat in the pants. It was supposed to be used for cleaning but the stove got in the way.

Started off with an apple pie. Locally grown crisp apples make the best pie.....yumm

Then a pork roast stuffed with dried cherries and rosemary in a red wine reduction. As side dishes I made roasted beets, steamed carrots with dill, squash with brown sugar and walnuts, and something I had in croatia....steamed chard tossed with cubed potatoes and garlic.

Aside from the dried cherries, walnuts and the pork it all came from my garden.

It's gonna be a great week for leftovers!

...holymolydelicious! I read it as pork from the garden the first time around, had to come back to it after a few more sips of coffee.
